  Dear Business Partner,

   

   

  We kindly request you to activate the following “Token Quadro Code” application on the system for all of your users in order to enhance the security by preventing unauthorized access.

   

   

  The “Token Quadro Code” security process is integrated into the system login and generates a new security code via the mobile phone application at each login to the system. 

   

  To ensure your system security, you can easily synchronize this application with the system by following the steps below:

   

  1. Download the “Google Authenticator” application to your phone by clicking the links below.

  2. Go to the "Help" section under the agency account you log in to and click on the "token quadro code" text.

   

  3. With your “Google Authenticator” application, scan the barcode that appears in the system.

   

  4. After the barcode reading process is completed, enter the one time code on the application into the verification field in the system and press the activate button. Complete the process by confirming the warning message sent by the system.

   

   

  We recommend to enforce Token access to the admin users in your organization as well as all users registered under the sub agencies in your network.
